Working with CravensWarren over recent years has taken our insurance issues from "groans and moans" to "no problem." BETTY COPAUS, our Account Manager, is one of the most responsive people I have ever worked with. She responds immediately to questions or special requests. It is such a pleasure to work with Betty and CONRAD HART who both do whatever it takes to find a solution to our needs rather than list reasons why "this can not be done." We are very pleased with CravensWarren due in large part to Betty and Conrad who have our interests in mind.

We don't always get around to expressing our gratitude or appreciation for the efforts of others but I have been meaning to send you a quick note expressing just that, which I hope you will share with those participating in the management of our account. I cannot tell you how appreciative we are of our relationship with Cravens. Cravens has really done exceptional work for G&A over the years. Your staff is always friendly, attentive and reliable. I don't do this enough. That is, sit down and write an e-mail praising someone's outstanding job performance. This is the case with Jeff Westbrook. Jeff is responsive, courteous, patient and he always puts the customer first. When I ask Jeff to do something, I can walk away knowing that it will get done promptly and accurately. He is the "face" of Cravens Warren to us, here at Precision Well Logging. Cravens is very well represented by Jeff. Best regards.

I just wanted you to know how much I appreciate doing business with you! The reason we are with Cravens, although I know we are not the most money producing for you all, is because of the excellent service you give us and have given us for many, many years!  You always treat us with such kindness and I know I can be a tad demanding.

I wanted to pass on our gratitude for the way everyone at Cravens handled our request last week. Margie emailed Monday to let us know the status of the office and also to let us know that if we needed any certificates of insurance, SuEllen could assist us. We did have several requests when we returned Monday and SuEllen took care of them all until Debbie returned. Debbie and Susana returned and took over; providing outstanding customer service AS ALWAYS. I just wanted to thank you all for how you handled the situation last week; we would have never known you were short handed, working on a generator etc. Your staff always make us feel like G&A is your most valuable customer.

I wanted to take the time to compliment you on the thoroughness of your submissions. It almost seems like a lost art these days. We of course are an underwriting type company, and with the very soft market we are currently in, going that extra mile to give us as much information as possible is really important. Without it, it's very difficult to justify producing the type of quotations that will get you and us the binding order.

The level of customer service, coupled with the degree of urgency with which you take care of our insurance requirements, is second to none. Our business is of the nature that we must have information almost immediately upon request. And, your response time has been most impressive. Within a reasonable period of time, we always receive a returned telephone call or e-mail reply, regardless of whether the answer is at hand or not; we know you are working on it and will get an answer as promptly as possible. Thank you for taking such good care of us.

I want to thank you for the work you did to quote the insurance premiums on our various coverage. I know you went to multiple companies to get the best prices in the market today. We appeciate your effort and know that it is good business practice to have independent bids from time to time just to assure that our present carrier is in fact showing us the best coverage at the best price.
