Emergency Claim Phone Numbers for our major insurance companies are listed below.  The lists are COMMERCIAL insurers, then PERSONAL insurers and finally the insurer's BILLING phone numbers.

Claims can be reported to CravensWarren.  But after hours, on weekends, or in times of DISASTER EMERGENCIES feel free to report claims directly to the insurance company. 

UPDATE: In times of emergencies, such as after a hurricane or flood, we recommend that you contact the insurance company directly. If you have access to the internet, try their web site first. If not, call their number below. Our agency may also be recovering from the disaster, so the insurance company can start processing your claim faster if you contact them directly.

If CravensWarren is without power for any significant period of time we have arranged for a generator powered trailer to arrive, stocked with computers that have satellite internet access contact. We WILL BE HERE TO HELP TAKE YOUR CLAIMS.  BUT FIRST TRY YOUR INSURER BELOW.
