On October 13-15, Cravens Warren Management team participated in the G&A Partners Annual Client Conference.  The conference is a 3 day event, which celebrates the G&A clients and offers valuable insight from various speakers on management, HR, and personal development.

Since its inception in 1995 as a licensed professional employer organization (PEO), G&A Partners has grown into a comprehensive human resource outsourcing and administrative services provider. G&A Partners has also branched out from its Houston headquarters to open offices in five other cities around Texas, as well as Utah and Arizona. In addition to expanding their Human Resources services and geographical reach, they have grown their client base significantly. Cravens Warren is the Insurance Agent for G&A Partners, and we service their Workers Compensation policy, which insures all G&A employees.  Cravens Warren & G&A have a very close relationship, and Cravens Warren was proud to be a sponsor of this year's conference. 

Many aspects of Cravens Warren's risk management services compliment the G&A Partners service offerings well.  By being a mutual client of both entities, G&A Partners clients who have their insurance coverage through CW have the benefit of having two risk management departments at their disposal.  Also, since our risk managers are frequently communicating, our intimate knowledge of the great risk management strategies our clients hold, allows us to better negotiate with the Insurance Companies on their behalf.
