in the Insurance Journal's Top 100 Property and Casualty Agencies in
2009. Despite the economy's soft market and the 17 newcomers included
in this 2009 ranking, CAA held its own as one of the top 20 agencies in
the nation for the second year running. With recent expansion into
Oklahoma and Kansas, Texas-based CAA is a managing general agency (MGA)
committed to further expansion across the country to strengthen the
independent insurance agency system through profitable growth and
exceptional service for its member agencies.

succeed amidst this tough economy because we're not afraid to
conservatively grow as a managing agency, and as independent agency

20 percent in 2008."
The Insurance Journal annually ranks
privately-held property and casualty agencies according to their total
property and casualty premium written in the previous year. The
publication's 2009 ranking uses agencies' 2008 numbers.

In 2008, CAA nationally
ranked 8th as a personal lines leader out of the "Top 100" independent
agencies by Insurance Journal. Additionally, CAA ranked 3rd behind
other independent network or cluster groups included in this ranking of
personal line leaders.
